New Brand - Minimum

One of the best things about working in a Boutique is finding a new brand which you know that your Customers are going to love, and thats exactly how we feel about our new brand Minimum. Established in Denmark in 1997, the brand is now widely stocked across Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.

This easy to wear collection can be layered up (as seen on Vicky below) with jeans or pieces worn simply and individually with denim shorts or a maxi skirt as the weather starts to get warmer. The metallic tones in sage green, grey and berry are set to be on trend throughout SS12 making this collection a wardrobe essential.

SPANX arrives at Kiwi Boutique!!

There has been a buzz in KIWI HQ since ordering in October and the day has finally arrived.... SPANX is HERE! and I've got my eye on every piece in the collection.

The beauty of SPANX is just how comfortable and wearable each product is. The compression technology developed and used exclusively by SPANX, is different to all other 'shapewear'. Compressing INWARDS rather than UPWARDS the results are a smooth, sleek and seamfree appearance with no unsightly bulges (which from our experience, is the end result from other products on the market)

The waistband of each product is extra comfortable, due to the rubber binding being removed. This is used in other underwear brands to 'hold' the product up. SPANX found that this was not necessary and took it out, added an incredibly soft yarn and sewed the waistband right into the underwear for added comfort. SPANX products will not leave an unattractive mark on the leg or be uncomfortable when worn for a long time. The SPANX leg band is soft, stays in place and is adjustable. It's knitted directly into the garment for the most comfort and this means zero leg bulges! 

We think that SPANX will be perfect under all of the items we stock in Kiwi but particularly under Hybrid dresses, due to the smoothing and hourglass silhouette that SPANX creates. And this the precise reason why we have decided to stock SPANX at Kiwi, it is an underwear solution which makes you look and feel great.

Drapers Awards 2011

We are DELIGHTED to be shortlisted for a 2011 Drapers Award for 'Young Fashion Retailer of the Year'. This is such a huge achievement for us and we would like to thank all of our customers for their support since opening in 2009.

AW11 Coat Trends at Kiwi Boutique

It's the most important buy of the season - The Coat. The investment piece that can make or break your outfit. But worry not, we have done our homework and put together a guide of this seasons coats. And this season there is one to suit every shape and style, and even 'The Anti-Coat' for those of you who don't do coats!!....So rest assured, if its included here, its hot! First up is The Classic Trench - Spotted on your favourite fashionistas Alexa Chung and Kate Moss, this wardrobe staple is perfect for damp Autumn days. But if your budget doesn't quite stretch to Burberry, we have the Almost Famous version at £150 - worn by Vicky below.
